Barbara's Lighthouse Resource Center was born from a mother's love. Ms. Barbara's unwavering faith and dedication to serving others planted the seeds for what would become a transformative ministry serving hundreds of families across Charlotte, NC.

Founded in 2016 by Dr. Delisa Rodgers, we began as a small initiative providing behavioral and faith-based support to families in crisis. Today, we operate comprehensive programs spanning trauma-informed counseling, Social-Emotional Learning, professional development for educators, and mentorship for youth and female athletes.
