Dr. Delisa Rodgers is an Alternative Education Manager, author, and Executive Director of Barbara's Lighthouse Resource Center. With over two decades of experience in education, ministry, and behavioral intervention, she leads initiatives that bridge the gap between trauma, education, and community restoration.
Her integrated approach draws on trauma-informed care, behavioral intervention systems, restorative practices, and faith-based healing — creating a comprehensive framework that addresses the whole person, not just the presenting behavior.
